Hadzic has also contributed greatly to the growth of soccer in eastern Iowa through the support and development of several soccer programs. Hadzic's ability to mentor and engage his student-athletes has led many to contribute their skills within their communities. Twenty-seven of Hadzic's Mount Mercy players have become head coaches throughout the country, including seven in the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City area.
